It all starts with a brief

The Client had already started to develop and deliver their Breakfast Club concept for those working within the Fundraising Sector. As the Breakfast Club grew in popularity, attendance regularly exceeding 70 delegates, the need for On-Site Event Management support became clear.


Key objectives

An initial briefing with the client established where the support was required to ensure the continuation, growth and successful delivery of The Breakfast Club. The key objectives set out in the event brief that needed to be met were:

  • Assess current offering and suggest improvements
  • Manage all aspects of the events delivery on-site
  • Provide a first-class customer service experience from point of registration

The overall solution

Working with the client, we identified the key tasks required to ensure the successful delivery of The Breakfast Club. With the introduction of an on-site delegate registration area and improvements to the catering offering, we were soon ready to get on-site to deliver a great customer service experience.


The finished article!

With the event room set up, breakfast laid and registration open, delegates arrived from 8am. The first hour saw lots of coffee consumed, breakfast eaten and perhaps more importantly, networking. Delegates then sat down to hear from a leading expert providing key insights and learning on a hot topic. More coffee and networking followed with the session commencing with a keynote from the founder of the Breakfast Club. By 11am the event had run its course leaving the rest of the day ahead.
